Take a look back up to where you previously spent an active day on the mountain. Totally relaxed while lounging on our sun terrace. With a refreshing drink in your hand and delicious cakes, snacks or ice cream specialities served at the table in front of you. Our central location right next to the valley station of the Gaislachkoglbahn mountain railway means that we are also happy to welcome non-resident guests who are longing for a fine cup of coffee with something sweet to go with it of an afternoon.

The day at the Hotel Valentin begins with a varied breakfast buffet from 7:30 AM Heavenly! High-quality cheese and sausage specialities from the region every day, different types of bread, freshly prepared egg dishes with eggs produced organically, local dairy products, jams, invigorating mueslis and energy boosters in our power food corner, fresh fruit and vegetables, fruit juices and, and, and ... In a nutshell: You will find everything you need for a successful start to a day filled with activity at the buffet. Take time to enjoy your holiday morning in peace and quiet. We also guarantee that late risers wont miss out on the variety and diversity of our breakfast buffet, which is served until 10:30 AM. And if it gets late, we are more than happy to put something aside.

Start your evening with a refined aperitif at our cozy fireplace bar before we serve you a carefully curated menu in the dining room. In winter, with prior reservation, we offer a special selection: you can choose from a small, fine menu or enjoy the multi-course half-board meal. Our specialty is exquisite Austrian delicacies, complemented by international dishes. We place great emphasis on local products and top quality. To accompany your meal, we offer a selection of fine wines from the region and around the world.
